- Enter the name of your SCCM site server and click “Connect to SCCM” if you wish to run an SCCM enabled import job, otherwise select MDT. The list of Lenovo models will auto populate and then select your OS before selecting the model / model family driver packages you require.
- Following on from the success of the Dell, HP and Lenovo Driver Download Tools I have posted over the past couple of months here is the new multi-vendor version. The script generates a PowerShell GUI to automate the processes of downloading, extracting and importing driver packages for all three of.
Hey everyone,
Please go easy on me here.. I've been lurking for a while trying to pick up tips here and there but I'm completely stuck at this point. The company I work for has half-heartedly deployed SCCM at the 11th hour and now wants to completely rely on it for a mass deployment of Lenovo T470's (we were previously using ghost to deploy images). I'm kind of coming in half way through as the guy who was given this task before me screwed the pooch hard and dropped the ball, so now I get to deal with it in a very short amount of time.
Basically I don't know what the hell I'm doing.. which means I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I created a task sequence based off pieces I've taken from reading System Center Dudes and a few other sites but no dice. Does anyone have a template Task Sequence for a T470, or maybe some questions I could answer to help pinpoint my issues?
I'm really sorry if this post is vague and awful, but this is way out of my wheelhouse at the moment. I like to be locked in my closets with switches.. not dealing with this stuff.
TL;DR -Company I work for had a 3rd party do the initial set up of SCCM.. no training for anyone in our company involved. -Incompetent co-worker dicked things up and got pulled from this job so it becomes my problem. -Stuck trying to deploy Lenovo T470's but can't get a task sequence to work properly.
Hello,
Running SCCM 1610 (in process of updating DP's OS so we can move to current, but this will be a while)
Hardware involves Lenovo Think series laptop and desktop hardware using Lenovo supplied drivers and even direct from intel drivers.

I took over SCCM administration for my company at the end of 2018. When we were outsourcing our SCCM administration, we had our OS images for our workstations built directly by Lenovo and shipped with the systems preimaged directly from their imaging team.

I am attempting to bring imaging in house using SCCM OSD.
Graphpad prism free download for windows 10. Nov 19, 2018 Our antivirus scan shows that this download is clean. The current installation package available for download requires 17 MB of hard disk space. GraphPad Prism can also be called 'GraphPad Prism Demo', 'GraphPad Prism Viewer', 'GraphPad Prism Trial'. You can set up this PC software on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 32-bit.
I have created a task sequence to deploy Windows 10 1809 (with April Updates) and associated driver packages, per model from Lenovo SCCM driver packages, base applications and BitLocker. All of this is working perfectly fine.
The issue I have is that when I image using the Lenovo supplied image Ethernet works fine and network file copies work to both download and upload files from servers. Using SCCM files will download fine from servers, but uploads either do not start and fail, or start then stall and fail. Same files, same hardware used for both image tests.
What I have done so far is to change LAN drivers, anywhere from latest to the exact same version being loaded on the Lenovo supplied image. I have verified the driver versions as I change them. I have even removed all NIC drivers from the driver packages and allowed Windows to determine the best NIC driver for the system. None of the driver versions installed during the TS have worked.
The only solution I have found so far, after imaging with SCCM, is to go into Device Manager and delete the driver (checking delete the driver software) and then rescanning for hardware allowing the system to find and reload the NIC driver. After I perform this action the system works fine, and it doesn't appear to be version dependent at this point for the driver, as just about any driver works after performing this action.

I have seen this issue on at least two different models. I have only tested the driver version changes on one model so far. But the driver uninstall/delete and re-scan works for all models I have seen affected by this issue.
Lenovo Sccm Driver Package P510
The issue MUST be related to the way SCCM is injecting drivers or the process during SCCM is detecting drivers.
The ONLY thing I can tell to date is that the image I am using SCCM and networking fails in this way, and when using the Lenovo image it works fine. Of course I do not know what actions Lenovo has performed in order to get the drivers working in their image build, and I can't ask them since they are not aware, at this point, that we plan on pulling imaging from them.
I am pulling my hair out trying to resolve this issue. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
