• I usually rate and review only programs that I really use. This one is a diamond! Windows 10 doesn't have EQ nor it's shipped with Realtek utility. I can set EQ with VLC, but it's not system wide (I regularly use Kodi). Equalizer APO is easy to install, it has GUI to setup config. I don't use anything fancy: I set preamp to my liking and set EQ also to my liking, one for headphones and one for speakers. That's it, and I don't need to touch it at all, it starts silently with Windows, runs in the background, no worries at all. Thanks to developers!

   I downloaded Equalizer APO and it asked me to restart my pc for it to work. Now my PC is bricked and won't load windows, it just blackscreens after going into repair mode.

3. Doesn't appear that the author used any of these products.
   Equalizer Pro doesn't work. They offer a free 7 day trial, but after multiple attempts, I couldn't get the 7 day trial. So, I purchased the product to find that it didn't work. It appears simple to use and looks like you can change the decibels for each band but the sound doesn't change. There are no instructions for it and nothing on their website. The order was processed through Safecart.com and then prohibitsoftware.
   After several hours of wasted effort, I called the Safecart.com and got my money back.

   I appreciate their wasting my time.
